Refund & Return Policy – Aura Shades

At Aura Shades, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order is not fully as expected, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason, in accordance with European consumer law.
After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following requirements:

The item is unworn and unwashed

The item is undamaged

All labels and tags are still attached

The item is returned in its original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Worn or washed clothing

Items with clear signs of use or odors (such as perfume, smoke, or food smells)

Customized or altered products
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an incorrect or damaged item was delivered by Aura Shades, both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded, unless a premium shipping option was selected.
Registering a Return
Returns must be requested through your customer account on our website.
To request a return:
- Log in to your account
- Open “My Orders”
- Select the relevant order
- Click “Request Return”
- Submit your return request
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive further instructions and the return address via email.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
